Blessing
 




"I will bless thee, and make thy name great, and thou shalt be a blessing.  And I will bless them that bless thee.... and in thee shall all the families of the earth be blessed." (Genesis 12:2-3) (a promise given to Abraham accompanying the promise that he would have children)
 
"In blessing I will bless thee, and in multiplying I will multiply thy offspring as the stars of the heaven, and as the sand which is upon the sea shore..." (Genesis 22:17)
 
"Behold, I set before you this day a blessing and a curse; A blessing, if ye obey the commandments of your Almighty Creator, which I command you this day: And a curse, if ye will not obey the commandments of your Almighty Creator, but turn aside out of the way which I command you this day...." (Deuteronomy 11:26-28)
 
"For such as be blessed of Him shall inherit the earth, and they that be cursed of Him shall be cut of." (Psalm 37:22)
 
Have you gotten pregnant out of wedlock?  Do you feel like it is a curse and a shame that you are unmarried and have a baby?  Listen to these gently spoken words, and know that there is beautiful hope for your future and your baby's, if you choose to follow the Creator's plan: "The Almighty One turned the curse into a blessing unto thee, because the Almighty One loved thee." (Deuteronomy 23:5)
 
"And blessed is she, whosoever shall not be offended in Me." (Matthew 11:6)

"She is ever merciful, and her children are blessed." (Psalm 37:26)
 
Our prayer for you: "With Thy blessing, let the family of Thy handmaiden be blessed forever." (2 Samuel 7:29)
 
"The blessing of the Almighty be upon you: we bless you in the Name of the Almighty." (Psalm 129:8)
 
"Blessed is the woman that maketh the Almighty her trust, and respecteth not the proud, nor such as turn aside to lies." (Psalm 40:4)
 
"Blessed are they that keep His testimonies, and that seek Him with the whole heart." (Psalm 119:2)
 
"Blessed is she that considereth the poor; the Almighty will deliver her in time of trouble." (Psalm 41:1)

"And they brought young children to Him, that He should touch them: and His disciples rebuked those that brought them.  But when the Savior saw it, He was much displeased, and said unto them, 'Allow the little children to come unto Me, and forbid them not: for of such is the kingdom of heaven.  Verily I say unto you, Whosoever shall not receive the kingdom of heaven as a little child, he shall not enter therein.'  And He took them up in His arms, put His hands upon them, and blessed them." (Mark 10:13-16)
 
"Yet now hear, my servant, whom I have chosen: Thus saith the Everlasting Father that made thee, and formed thee from the womb, which will help thee: Fear not, O my servant, and thou whom I have chosen.  For I will pour water upon him that is thirsty, and floods upon the dry ground; I will pour My Spirit upon thy children, and My blessing upon thine offspring: and they shall spring up as among the grass, as willows by the water courses." (Isaiah 44:1-4)
 
"Blessed is every one that respecteth the Almighty, that walketh in His ways." (Psalm 128:1)
 
"Blessed are they that keep My ways." (Proverbs 8:32)
 
"For He hath strengthened thee; He hath blessed thy children within thee." (Psalm 147:13)
 
"Destroy it not, for a blessing is in it." (Isaiah 65:8)
 
Who would encourage you to destroy such a creation of life and blessing?  What would the Heavenly Father urge you to do?  As you make the choice for life, listen to His words to you: "Blessed art thou, for flesh and blood hath not revealed it unto thee, but My Father which is in heaven." (Matthew 16:17)
 
"O taste and see that the Almighty One is good: blessed is the woman that trusteth in Him." (Psalm 34:8)
 
"And the angel came in unto her, and said, 'Greetings, thou that art highly favored; the Almighty is with thee; blessed art thou among women.  Fear not....  Thou shalt conceive in thy womb, and bring forth a son...." (Luke 1:28, 30-31)
 
"I will save you, and ye shall be a blessing: fear not, but let your hands be strong." (Zechariah 8:13)
 
"Surely, blessing I will bless thee..." (Hebrews 6:14)
 
"The just woman walketh in her integrity; her children are blessed after her." (Proverbs 20:7)
 
"Her children shall arise up, and call her blessed..." (Proverbs 31:28)
 
Do you feel that you are in a crisis right now, a place of fear and desperation, not sure what to do? Take heart. There is hope. Don't give up. "Blessed be ye poor, for yours is the kingdom of heaven.  Blessed are ye that weep now, for ye shall laugh." (Luke 6:20-21)
 
You do not know the great things that your baby may someday accomplish, or that his/her offspring may accomplish.  The only way to find out is to welcome your baby into the world, and then encourage that baby to reach his/her full potential.  "I will bless her, and she shall be a mother of nations; kings of people shall be of her." (Genesis 17:16)  "And in thy children shall all the kindreds of the earth be blessed." (Acts 3:25)
 
"I will be with thee, and will bless thee...." (Genesis 26:3)

"And therefore will the Almighty Creator wait, that He may be gracious unto you, and therefore will He be exalted, that He may have mercy upon you: for the Everlasting Father is a Mighty One of justice: blessed are all they that wait for Him." (Isaiah 30:18)

"And their children shall be known among the nations, and their offspring among the people: all that see them shall acknowledge them, that they are the seed which the Almighty hath blessed." (Isaiah 61:9)

"They shall not labor in vain, nor bring forth for trouble; for they are the children of the blessed of the Almighty, and their offspring with them." (Isaiah 65:23)
 
"Fear not, for I am with thee, and will bless thee...." (Genesis 26:24)

We would encourage you to go and get an ultrasound, look at that picture of the amazing life growing inside of you, and ponder these beautiful words from the Savior: "Blessed are the eyes which see the things that ye see" (Luke 10:23)
 
"Blessed is the woman that trusteth in her Maker, and whose hope is in the Almighty One." (Jeremiah 17:7)
 
"And may the Almighty bless thee, and make thee fruitful..." (Genesis 28:3)
 
And may people behold your child, and see what a blessing he or she is to the world, and impulsively declare, "Blessed is the womb that bore thee..." (Luke 11:27)
 
"The Almighty shall bless thee with blessings of heaven above, blessings of the deep that lieth under, blessings of the breasts, and of the womb." (Genesis 49:25)
 
"Blessed is the woman whose strength is in Thee...." (Psalm 84:5)
 
"Blessed is the woman that trusteth in Thee." (Psalm 84:12)

"The Almighty Creator commanded the blessing, even life forevermore." (Psalm 133:3)
 
"The Everlasting Mighty One bless thee and keep thee: the Heavenly Father make His face shine upon thee, and be gracious unto thee: the Almighty Creator lift up His countenance upon thee, and give thee peace." (Numbers 6:24-26)
 
"Blessed is the woman that walketh not in the counsel of the unrighteous, nor standeth in the way of sinners, nor sitteth in the seat of the scornful.  But her delight is in the instructions of the Everlasting Father, and in His instructions doth she meditate day and night.  And she shall be like a tree, planted by the rivers of water, that bringeth forth her fruit in her season; her leaf also shall not wither, and whatsoever she doeth shall prosper.  The unrighteous are not so, but are like the chaff which the wind driveth away.  Therefore, the unrighteous shall not stand in the judgment, nor sinners in the congregation of the righteous.  For the Almighty knoweth the way of the righteous, but the way of the unrighteous shall perish." (Psalm 1:1-6) 
 
This is our prayer for you and your family: "Therefore now, let it please Thee to bless the household of Thy handmaiden, that it may continue for ever before Thee: for Thou, O Almighty One, hast spoken it: and with Thy blessing let the household of Thy handmaiden be blessed forever." (2 Samuel 7:29)
 
Listen to the unspoken words of the baby child in your womb: "Blessed be ye of the Everlasting One, for ye have compassion on me." (1 Samuel 23:21)
 
Past mistakes do not have to ruin the rest of your life.  You can move on and do great things.  We believe in you.  Don't give up.  You can do it.  "Blessed be thou: thou shalt both do great things, and also shalt still prevail." (1 Samuel 26:25)
 
May your heart be lifted up the Creator of your soul, as you pray the words of Psalm 66:20 ~ "Blessed be the Everlasting Father, which hath not turned away my prayer, nor His mercy from me."
